the good news is you lost more weight this week, the bad news is detroit signed zetterburg for a 12 year contract what were they thinking when you can score 7 goals a game seriously!!!
 
OMG JZ! .5 loss is still a loss! Maybe I should feed you lard so you can gain some weight. THENNNN you'll appreciate the .5lb loss. ;) I joke, I joke. But really, AMAZING JOB! All the weight you've worked so hard to lose thus far really inspires me to push myself because I know this is something totally attainable with a lot of effort and commitment! :)

I don't know... that works out pretty cheap when you extend the numbers, but yes, you are right, they have offense at will up here!! It's almost like OML!!! :D :D

Wednesday and Thursday Update

Wednesday - AM lowerbody workout!!! HELLA GOOD! Performed the usual, but dropped weight a bit and performed as a circuit 4 times!!! VERY NICE... 10!!! :hurray:

Eating- on target and clean!!

Thursday- 30 minutes tread on "fat burn", 30 minutes on elliptical, 30 minutes heavybag!!! Lately, that fuckin' thing has been my THERAPIST!!!! :D ;) :willy_nilly:

Eating- THE USUAL!!! NICE!!! :) :)
 
Yeah, I forgot to mention in the Tuesday post... I lost .5 Lbs.!!! I sure wish it was MORE!!! I'm a greedy bastard after all!!! :D I work VERY hard, and to see a .5 lose is just... OK. I would LOVE to have 2-3 pound weeks!!! :(

CRAP!!! I really need to focus on the pre-lent challenge... my goals in it... one was to control my mood/temper/outlook!! WTF??? So with that in mind...

IN 6 more pounds, I will be HALFWAY to my GOAL!!!! "Holy shit... alleluhia... where's the tylenol?"

Hey JZ, I meant "guys" as in "people". I swell with pride every time I read that somebody has lost weight, even if it is only 0.5 pounds, or improved their workouts in some way, or resisted temptation and tried to eat healthier foods. It doesn't sound like much on paper, but it's monumental when you think about it. It's life changing. And you guys are working so hard.

I'm so very impressed with you and your accomplishments, JZ.

It's an absolute treat for me to read your journal. I don't think you (and many of the others on here) have any idea just how much you all truly inspire me.

Great job man! keep up the good work! I like carrying around dumbells equal to the amount of weight I lost just to get the feeling for exactly how far I've come along. You should try it

That's some very warm hearted stuff right there!!! You have been a great addition to this forum, and definately anyone you run accross in life!! Your story, over coming adversity at least 3 times.... very inspirational as well!!! :) :)

Hey RJ. You are right about that!! I am lucky enough to have a 50 lb weight vest that I used to wear for all my practices when I was playing "competative" hockey.... I strap that bad boy on all the time and just think... I used to carry damn close to this around with me ALL THE TIME!! :eek: .... now, I can strap it on for some workouts, but take it off when ever I want. I haven't worn it for intense workouts YET, but as I get closer to my goal, I will most definately!!!

Oh yeah... Thanks for the idea about the wheat 100 calorie english muffins with peanut butter.... I had two this morning!! :D
