I KNOW she's into that!!! :D :D

I'm a sub, not a dom.

Are you "BOO HOO ing" ME??? :D Oh, poor JZ can't taste his food... poor, poor baby!! :D

Yes that's my style--coddling. You don't like it, I'll refrain from it in here ;) But I still feel sorry for you because I HATE losing my sense of smell (/taste).

When I used to do yoga, my body felt amazing. My body felt "clean". I don't know how else to explain it. I slept better and basically everything in my life was better.

I stopped going because I ended up being plagued with injuries and I couldn't do half the class :D

But I do plan on going back because I think that spending an hour with yourself just doing yoga is the best gift you can give yourself, especially in these stressful times. It's so personal and that one hour can give your body a whole new lease on life.

Yoga isn't just for girls in spandex/lycra! :D I know lots of guys who do yoga, and they derive the same benefits as anybody else.

WOW that is a shame your injuries were that bad! Yes, my teachers tell me that yoga is NOTHING without the BREATH, and never sacrifice the breath for the posture, so sometimes (oh gawd especially in full backbend or Ardha Danurasana) I forget to breath and have to remember. All the clean breathing and twisting seems to keep the lymphatic system flowing, or SOMETHING, but I know for sure the deep, relaxed breathing is imperative and oh-so-healthy for you! And yes since I've been doing pranayama and Yoga quite often (lately 6 days a week for an hour and a half total, although about 30 minutes is breathing or lying in shavasana) I feel like you said--everything is better!

I'll TRY and sleep more... this "cold" really has me up late!! Uncontrollable is right!! ;) AH....Yoga.... Flexability.... How is it for aching backs???!! (Due to Bronchitis)!!
I need a good massage and a trip to the "Bone Cracker"!!

Yeah, try hard to sleep. Sometimes you just can't help but want to stay up.

Yoga put a great arch in my back!

And I learned how to do all sorts of other great 'bendy' moves, too! Never knew I could bend like I did after yoga....My legs were just all over the place.....

I'll show you sometime all of the moves I've learned and am going to perfect once again!!

Coddle away.... I like it!! ;) :D

DAMN.... I actually am at a loss for words at that thought!! :reddevil:

All right this is getting HOT :drool5: LOL!

SMOKIN' HOT!!!! ;)

Yoga is actually really great for core strength as well as flexibility. It's just an overall great way to "massage" your body. You do sweat doing yoga, but you don't feel taxed or worn out like you do from a heavy workout with weights. With yoga, at the end of the session, you always feel refreshed and rejuvenated :)

I'm not sure how that works ... but it works!

I agree, but I'll tell ya one thing Muscle Lover, there are times when my Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga 2-3 teacher makes us do some Chaturanga series that makes me almost light headed!! but yes, in the end, refreshed and rejuvenated. I was probably forgetting to breathe and that was my problem, HAHA!

Look at all these women ganging up on you to do yoga. "You won't get sick," "You will meet the hottest women," "They will do amazing bendy sex with you." I'm telling you, it's a cult and they are just sucking you in.

Stay strong, brother. :biggrinjester:

I wasn't aware of this cult ... I haven't said those things yet. Must ... resist ...

JZ, gymnasts are flexible, too. Yoga was just warm-up for me ... :D

HAHAHA I was going to say I haven't noticed much of a change in my sex life, but then I remembered this one night with Peezey.....yeah I must say he liked it :)
