You can sign up without picking. I started doing my picks, but couldn't be bothered to do them all, and use the weighted bit of it as well. Still got plenty of time.

I think Texas is going to kick some Buckeye ass. :D (yes, I know you're going to say that at least they made it to a bowl game. :D ) I'm not expecting the Big 10 to do too well in their bowl games this year--some tough matchups.
 
OK! Here's the scoop... I was really excited about my weigh in today... it was not what I was hoping! Minus 1.2 pounds. I was hopin' for another three or four pound week.

BUT... I am healthier, I am stronger, I am happier, I am living a healthy lifestyle, I am seeing results!!! I know it's only a matter of time because I'm putting in the WORK day in and day out!! I won't let this minor disappointment effect me one bit!! I OWN my new life, it is working for me, and I guess I need to expect more realistic results! This week, no harder, just consistant living, true to the "new" me! With that in mind, maybe I'll start weighing in every other monday instead of every monday. :)

"How to fall flat on your face, spin your wheels for a bit, find what's important to you, then figure out a way to acheive it, then implement the plan to the best of your abilities, and hopefully get what you are after, self love, confidence, and a healthy strong mind and body"...

It may be a little long!! ;) :D :D

Monday

Lower body workout... less sets, heavier weights... crankin' up the intensity!! KILLER workout! 9.75... could have l"carried" more weight on my traveling lunges!! Next time fo sho!!

Eating - stellar!! All protein in, balls on calories!
A GOOD DAY!! Including the weigh in junk, but overall still a good day!
 
Tuesday

AM Cardio workout... 60 minutes on the elliptical... arg!!! I'm getting to hate that damn thing unless it's for HIIT! Decent workout, but I lacked a little intensity. From one day to the next, I never know how I'm going to be!! What a frickin' rollercoaster sometimes... anyways, ate well all day... got it down to a science of makin' meals on Sundays for all week, grabin' and goin', so I've mastered that aspect of it... wanted something different, but didn't know what. A bit jumbled today, but over all, moving in the right direction.
I intended to get in another session of cardio in at night, but chose to waste a few hours on the guitar instead!!! Bring on tomorrow... may I have the killer intensity I crave!!!

That's my new PB Bench press!!! :) :) :) Killer upperbody workout this morning!! Damn I'm pumped!! I felt really rested this morning, and thought... WTF, let's go for a PB Bench... Viola`!! I'm only 7 pounds from my FORMER(10+ years ago) max... hence the "PB"!!

Eating- IN DA BAG!!

We can chase each others "strong points". I'll try and catch ya on the jumping (someday a looooooooooong time from now), and you can chase me on the Bench! You'll catch me way before I jump 12,000... no wait, 15,000!!!Truth be told, I'm shooting for 300, probably no further than that. I'm not sure what my true genetic max is...????
 
I think that 300 is doable some day. Perhaps not in the very near future, but some time it will be a focus and then watch out. :D

I read in that "increase my bench thread", that Steve built up to I think it was 385!! in like 10 years of slow and steady steps!! That's dedication! I'll be happy to get to my "Old" max(275) by July 4th!! Sounds reasonable.
