OK! Here's the scoop... I was really excited about my weigh in today... it was not what I was hoping! Minus 1.2 pounds. I was hopin' for another three or four pound week.
BUT... I am healthier, I am stronger, I am happier, I am living a healthy lifestyle, I am seeing results!!! I know it's only a matter of time because I'm putting in the WORK day in and day out!! I won't let this minor disappointment effect me one bit!! I OWN my new life, it is working for me, and I guess I need to expect more realistic results! This week, no harder, just consistant living, true to the "new" me! With that in mind, maybe I'll start weighing in every other monday instead of every monday.![]()
You should seriously write an inspirational book...
or put on siminars.
Or an infomercial.
