Official Day One!!
AM Wifey, Paula, Curvie, Alta, UTBFMatt - Thanks for checkin' in. Things went great today!
Official Day One-
Early AM Upperbody workout went good. pushed myself to finish reps and complete all sets. Total time was 52 min. Probably a 9 on 1- 10 scale. Will try to hit 10 next time. Nothing really wakes you up like dropping 60 pounds toward your forehead(skull crushers)! I liked the morning workout, it really got my day off on the right path. Gotta love putting on the dress shirt for work and having it feel tight in the sleeves from the pump...now all I need to do is get rid of the tight at the waist problem.
Breakfast- Carb Control Oatmeal, 1 hardboiled egg, one glass skim milk
Snack 1 - non-fat yogurt, 1 large apple
Lunch - tuna fish sandwich(no fat mayo,mustard,pickle juice) 1 pear/apple(not sure what they are called but damn, they are good), 10 baby carrots.
Snack 2 - R2D shake (easy while I'm at work)
Dinner - Chicken breast and broccoli
8-16oz. bottles of water through the day
I did not track calories, need to start that tomorrow!
All in all, I felt real good today. Plenty of energy all day long, and was never hungry. Truly a good start. Day one was successful, on to day two of my new lifestyle. I'm not looking past anyday further than tomorrow!
Took before pictures (YIKES!!) will post them when I feel I've made good progress and need encouragement. Measurements have been taken, will post with new ones in four weeks. Weigh in day will be Mondays.
