45 minutes of soccer is cardio, so bravo! looks like we're both doing those things we hate.Oh, and random question, which smart start are you having? the healthy heart or antioxidants? it's an ongoing poll Matt and I have to see which is more popular, his favorite or mine.

You have to be careful with the "all natural" peanut butter. All natural sometimes includes palm oil and such. The all natural that I get is peanuts and salt. Doesn't get more all natural then that. I also figure if you want to add some flax, better to do that separate. That way you know exactly what it is that you have.

I totally get what Shandy said about boredom and cardio. Put me on a bicycle and give me a place to ride and I'm there. I can go for hours. Stick me indoors on a stationary bike and I'll be watching the clock until my minimum 30 minutes is up. I just hate it. I'll do it, but I hate it.

how odd, we had the exact same breakfast. funny, but odd.
Anyways! good job on the tennis, see cardio can be fun, you just have to pick the right activities. Glad you're doing so great with everything.

Breakfast – two wheat 100 cal English muffins with one TBS all natural PB… Delicious! (thanks RJ)
Snack 1 – earlier than usual… One R2DS
Lunch – Boca Burger, baby carrots
Snack 2 – Plan on having… 1 large pearapple, yogurt
Dinner – Plan on having… Seasoned brown rice over shredded chicken with taco seasoning
8-10 16oz bottled waters throughout the day.
Busy later today, so I’m posting now for the complete day. I have my "snack 2" with me, and my dinner ready to throw in the microwave when I get home, so I WILL stick to the nutrition plan. I’m going to go out on a limb and say that today was a success, and I’m looking forward to the “boxing” W.O. in the morning! Takin’ a page from Trops… JUMP ROPE for 35 minutes no matter what followed by 20-30 minutes of heavy bag work. Should kick my butt but get me going for the rest of the day!
Also, going to try to be in bed tonight by 10pm! I have not hit this mark, even sick, in probably 10 years! We’ll see.
