I think I gave you a pretty good idea awhile ago though - when I told you I had 100+ to loose.

Ive missed you as well - LOL - Taneesha has turned into a sneaky little monster lol and we are still only using the comp upstairs so I dont really get alot of msn/comp tiem - I make my time in the am for sure but that is the only gurarantee...

that's ok :) you'll do it when you're ready. but be sure that there will be no judgment here...all you'll find here is support and some pretty strong shoulder on which you can rely on.
and believe me it will be a huge release. think of it is a beginning to your journey.

It doesn't matter if you don't want to post your weight today. If you hang here for a little while you will want to. LOL.

You will lose weight and you will be proud of the difference.

My weight loss goal was nearly 100 lbs too. Fortunately I think in kilos so it doesn't seem as big as when I convert it to pounds.

I like converting my weight loss to pounds though :D

Ok thats got me laughing because I was thinking the same thing! LOL

Cerella - yup still seeing the bf. Its been 6 months now - I can hardly believe it. The kids love him. Sometimes I worry that they will be heartbroken if we split - but I guess I should not think like that.

Sidenote/Question: I take Depo shots for Birth Control - that was when the weight came back on.. I know they are related....Now I am worried that I wont be able to loose????? Help!

Cerella is so awesome she is very supportive alsome taste in clothes and a very sweet person,I am glad to meet any friend of hers.
You sound like you know what your doing since you have lost weight before
so main thing is staying focus say NO to the burger and fries for now and maybe treat your self to "A" burger after a week of getting used to getting back on track,I still have trouble doing that I tend to go way overboard with treat day's lol! When a bad craving hits like that I try to take my mind off of it by going for a walk or taking a hot bath/shower or grabbing something low cal and healthy.
I am sure your going to do great..Goodluck with your goals and have a wonderful day,Tammy

ROFL!!

And Shelley, I gained 20 lbs after starting on the needle. Of course, I was eating a lot of crap too...but weight gain is one of the potential side effects. It shouldn't make it impossible to lose it though. (if you're willing to work hard!)

LOL - Those kids eat better than I do - thats for sure.. I just dont take the time to do anything on me... My how things never change.

Its the weekend - Im hoping that will make things better? Maybe?
