Awesome work on the grocery shopping and eating well when you got back home! I hope your foot is at 100% and that you and bf are happily skyping the day away ;)

HEY YOU ALL!!

Little by little i m arriving back home: to my lifestyle - it aint happening overnight. but it s all going well.

Today is my scale day. i was scared what i d see...i hadnt had a proper scale day for over a month...and i gone a bit crazy eating (in the US & at home with parents over Easter) and not excercizing much (to say the least)...so some damage is done.. :blush5:
& it is 1,7 kg (3.7lbs) :svengo: (needless to say the wrong direction)

Most of it i put on the last 2 weeks- so the good news is: easy come easy go...

Food: i have already started eating healthy - problem is portion: i need portion control. This is what i had since Wednesday:
I have had cereals and banana for breakie (but 2 bowls!!! instead of one)
I have had pasta (greek/ with fish) or rice salad for lunch - i suppose they were ok
Dinners: yeah: thats where i usully go wrong: i had chilli con carne, another day: a healthy pizza slice and yet another day: mozarella w tomato & cereals with banana hahaha - nice combo LOL....

Excercize: i only went to the gym once since Wednesday..... :blush5:
So as you guys see - there is some improvement - but not 100% back on track yet....since its Sunday - i think it s a great day to start..new week is upon us.

Onto today:
Food:
Breakie: 1 bowl of cereals with banana + skinny latte
Snack: kiwi
Lunch: mango chicken stir fry!! yum yum
Snack: grapefruit
Dinner: Salad with salmon

Excercize:
1 hour hill walking - down to the marina and back up + some serious cleaning :gnorsi:

There!!! :hurray: i am resuming proper gym sessions from tomorrow: including classes..
i hope i can report some loss for next Sunday's scale day.
I wanna be able to go down to the beach this summer at some point and dont feel like a whale...:willy_nilly:

Great job getting back on track. Sometimes that's the hardest part! I can definitely relate to portion control problems when you get back on the scale. You forget that you were satisfied by the small portion before! You go girl!
 
You are doing really good!! I hope the gym classes go really well for you :) I think you are getting back into things quite quickly. I think getting back into healthy eating was an amazingly great step and the one hour hill walking sounds fantastic!!

I cannot believe it is MAY!! Where the heck did the time go? You are going to look so cute at the beach this summer!

Thanks Tally - i m scared to go to class...i dont think i m fit enough i m dreading it....i might postpone first class until Thursday...i think im digging up some excuses again...i just reaslied i m getting good at that !:blush5:
I know...May...and its already beach weather here....today it was very warm 30 C (I guess thts in the 80s in F?) Summer is here!

Good day. Sunny. New things. Back on track. I AM INDEED BACK ON TRACK!!!!! 100% It took me nearly a week but yeah i got it alllll covered:
Food - tick, Excercize - tick Water - tick!!!

I decided i d check out the British supermarket that had just opened around the corner (i lived in the UK for 8 yrs - so once in a while i crave some British food) -Its a big shop - with variety. me likey..! :drool5:

Usually you can buy most things in Spanish supermarkets but there are a few things i like: e.g Options hot chocolate (orange OR mint) - about 30 kcal a mug - perfect when i crave some sweets....i also bought cranberry-pomegranate tea bags - i have already prepared a pot and added some ice cubes....so that s how i drank enough water today. :D

unfortunatelly the shop has quite a few yummy things: like a whole cheesecake for 2 euros...crazy cheap...i really had to avoid these things..

I did go to the gym today: CARDIO 90 Mins!
I was about to leave after 60 mins - but NCIS came on tv...and i decided to stick around - hehehehe - so tv is bad for you huh? LOL

Food:
Breakfast: breakfast biscuit (biscuit in the British sense of the word) and a kiwi + skinny latte
Lunch: Morrocon egg plant - chickpeas salad - big bowl of it YUM
Snack: grapefruit
Dinner: hummus and cucumber - deeelish!!!

Tomorrow
a) i might go out for lunch to my fave lebanese restaurant...ALERT!!
b) i m hesitating about my body sculting class...i dont feel fit enough for a class yet ...maybe a few more "Just gym" sessions needed before i brave a class...i see what happens - in any case i ll have a busy day!

Mmm that tea sounds so good and Options hot chocolate is such a great treat.

Lunch: Pasta with king prawns al pil pil
Snack: deeelish strawberries
Dinner: Salad with tuna
Excercize: cleaning the house

Hello Wonderful! Your food is looking stellar and I like your multi-tasking exercise! Awesome on the 90 mins of cardio! You will go back to high intensity in no time :) The tea sounds super delicious! I admit that I never go very far into the tea aisle. I usually just get lipton tea and then keep going but I should definitely broaden my horizons!

I have never tried Lebanese food! I should try that too :) I went to a German food place but i didn't like it. I guess I should probably try a different one lol I tend to either go Asian or Italian since that was what I grew up on lol

Hey girl......great job getting back on track. 90 min of cardio in the gym....wow....I think I would be bored stiff. Personally - outside hiking is a different story though.
