As for my bad mood yesterday - it s still hanging over me a bit - trying to kick it out! & i m doing loads of efforts to feel better - your posts really helped!!! You put the smile back on my face girls! :)

Today happy news on the scale - i have been down 3.3 lbs for a few days now - but today is the official weigh in. so i m glad i maintained it. :)
i m sooo close to beat obesity...about 2 lbs to go.

So bc its Sunday and gym shuts early - i went this morning to do my 90 min cardio excercize - i included a new machine: stepping machine (yep i hate my thighs especailly - so it better b working!)

This afternoon is about cleaning...woohoo NOT. But then my friend is here in the evening - i cant wait to catch up with her!

Food:
Breakie: cereals with banana + skinny latte
Lunch: Oriental soup with tofu and noodles
Snack: Grapefruit
Dinner: Salad with tuna

Drink: water & tea

Wow wow wow - as usual, excellent progress. Even better knews that you are so close to getting out of the obesity category! Woohoo.

I happened to see something in your food log I had not noticed before - from a few days ago - pickled anchovies - more power to you for being able to eat them. Made me squirm in my seat just thinking about it. My father in law loves anchovies.

Hope you have lots of fun with your friend.
 
Super amazing job!! You are so working hard for this! I love it! Awesome on the food and exercise! Plus you get bonus points for all the cleaning you did! I hope you have a fabulous time with your friend! If she hasn't seen you for a while she's gonna be amazed at you!

Rain is back on the sunny coast - the place where i live is called costa del sol - the sunny coast....well not true right now...
OMG - There s a huge massive storm right now with thunders and lighting..scary...crazy...hehe good thing i have a friend with me.

Anyways...apart from the weather..
I m having a good day - having my friend here is awesome for me - i m in a lot better mood. We went grocery shopping today and we baked an amazing Melanzane alla Parmigiana (Egg plant, tomato & Parmesan bake) - healthy and yum yum!!! see picture attached.
Now we are watching a film "loose women in NY" - it s a British production - its so much fun!!

I m soon going to the gym - really dont feel like going - in this rain. the plan was that i d go to the gym while my friend is stolling on the beach...well it aint gonna happen .... so she ll be watching a movie while i m there... i feel a bit bad. but tomorrow she is coming with me!!! we are going for at least 2 classes!! :D

OK Food for the day

And I love/hate your food pics! They look SO yummy! But they make me hungry!

Your day sound so fun!!! Man if I wasn't limiting my dairy I would be all over that foody! It looks so good! I may have to hit you up for that recipe as long as it isn't top secret :) I'm always trying to eat new foods. I had olives the other day because I hadn't had them in years! And it reminded my why I hadn't lol.

Doing great!! I still get so happy looking at your journal! Its a nice boost to my day! :)

thanks!!! your comments are really sweet!! Food is yummy but its healthy too - even my friend loved it - and she is totally not on a diet!! YAY!

Hey Charlie - i do body sulpting, fitness ball and belly dancing Yay!

Thanks Jess - you are well sweet! & stair steppers....no pain no gain (muscle gain of course lol heheh not fat)
 
I JUST HAD A FABOULOUS DAY!!!! :hurray:

OK - Its official - i m an excercize addict.. it just makes me sooo happy.

My friend is still here - she s leaving tomorrow. We got up early - and we went to my sports centre.

We went to the body sculpting class!! It kicked ass....talking of which.. i m in pain! LOL

Then we had some light cardio excercize...bike/cross country training..intervalls for about 55 minutes! :hurray:

Then we finished up with an hour belly dance class!!! It was the first class i went to & it was FUN - it is so hard - but the results are soooo rewarding!

AFTER 3 HOURS we felt totally energised! we had a glass of really nice freshly sqeezed orange juice - we decided that we deserved it. we went to this cafe - just by the gym - to have it and the girl was so nice - she gave us a mug as a present - its a happy mug :) - there s a really nice quote in it about keep smiling in Spanish & also it says: "dont worry be happy!" so i ll have my latte from it in the morning to kick start my day.

ok - then we went out to a Spanish restaurnt to have lunch - i m SOOO SOO PROUD of myself: i chose chicken skewer with pepper/onion with grilled vegetables: courgette & carrot.
I also had a small piece of bread with olive oil and some olives too.

Then we walked along the beach (I can happily report that the sun is back in the sky)
GOOD TIMES :D

OH-OH-OH!! AND and..i did a tiny bit of shopping (accidently) we went into Stradivarius (i love this shop) and size L was too big for me - i honestly couldnt believe it!! i bought a size M ..then i went to this other shop next door- and asked for a US size 12 top...and the assistant said - sorry we only have it in 10..i was like...hmm welll thats gonna be small...but i ll try it anyway - and it fit perfectly!!! OMG!!! i m so happy - *Justina does happy dance*

OK Just to sum it up:
Food:
Breakie: cereals + kiwi + latte
Lunch: grilled chicken skewer with vegetables + small piece of bread + olives
Snack: grapefruit
Dinner: Greek salad
My appetite is back!! yay!!!
