hey yeah the class rocked!!! i really try to work on my food :) rabbit food never appealed to me - until i realise there are so many things you can do with it!

good job putting in the extra time to work off those cals. please do share about the body sculpting class....hope it is what you are looking for.

Today is another good day - i m on roll - as far as being positive and optimistic and upbeat goes.

Up for the sunrise again - mayb thats the key :) hehe
I went the body sculpting class and i think i found the class for me.
Body sculpting is a fitness program using weights, flexibility, and endurance training to shape hips, thighs, upper arms, and buttocks into a lean, toned healthy body...
& during the class i thought of something...if i put through my body in hell when i put on weight/ate junk/ didnt excercize enough...then now my body is in purgatory...as the class was really hard...(which is a good thing - when you feel it working) ...
So once i m through with purgatory i can go to body heaven :Angel_anim:

So thats so far the excerzice today (50 min class and 20 brisk walking)
If i can fit in some more excercize - i ll do some more brisk walking - see how my work goes.

Foodwise:
Breakie: cereals + banana
Lunch: Mango - chicken- vegetable stir fry yum yum :drool5:
snack: coffee/grapefruit
Dinner: greek salad
 
mmm food looks delicious!! And that sculpting class sounds awesome!! It sounds perfect too!! Body heaven LOL Love it!!!

Good days.... :) In the end i managed my walk yesterday afternoon :p woohooo!!!
Today i woke up to rain - it was raining heavily - it was nice listening to it -very calming. (& by now its sunny again!!)
I did an hour meditation today - visualization and the rest - it really gave me energy for the day.
Today i have been a bit busy with work - but its all going well.
Soon i go out to the gym- today it s cardio workout... on the bright side - i have a few new songs on my ipod - that would keep me going for a bit :)
i ll aim to do about 90 mins then maybe some weight training at home - see how i manage my time.
I really wanna see some real change on the scale this week.
Bring on Sunday!!

Food:
Breakfast: cereals + banana + skinny latte
Lunch: multicereal baguette with humus & turkey + cucumber - yum yum
Snack: grapefruit
Dinner: green salad with grilled chiken with home made dressing
Drink: water + manzanilla (tea) + other herbal teas

wow 90 minutes is no joke! I don't think I'd be able to last that long, my feet would probablly fall off!! Are you getting most of your fats from the dressing and I'd assume skinny lattes? Fats are often though of as the devil due to being 9K but they are helpful in having a healthy body and fat metabolization!

That's how I feel about my niece's cardio class..it's the best one for me. I enjoy it so much. Wish it were 2 nighs a week. My glutes/butt are still tender from the workout today!

Hello Justina! I think meditation and visualization are great for focus amongst other things. You mango chicken stir fry looks absolutely wonderful! Excellent job on the diet and exercise. :) I've traveled to Spain and North Africa a couple of times, but I've never seen the Mediterranean sea. I'd really love to visit the Caspian sea though, every picture I have seen of it looks like it belongs on another planet with the low clouds, etc.!

don't but I have my favorite pair of pants that I try on quite a bit and they still don't fit.. BUT this other pair that I didn't think would fit DID and the scale hasn't moved for me in a week or so.. so something is happening :)
 
I think measurements are a good idea, I didn't really do it before but this time I did.
I'm going to do it monthly.
Tally I tried on an old pair and barely could squeeze into them but I did button them (major muffin top)..where as before there was atleast 2" inbetween.

lol @ your feet would fall off - hehehe - to be honest with you - i d never thought i d become a gym bunny...but hey it happens.
Yes i do get my healthy fat - i have my salad with olive oil and have some nuts in my breakfast - and in the chicken, feta cheese, olives etc...

Yup it is so coool to find a class like that WOOHOOO! :) i think mine is actually on 3-4 times a week - i ll start by going to 2 i think...see whether i can do 3 by the end of this month!

Thanks Alta! Meditation time is good - since i discovered a way of thinking - it s been helping me a lot - a combination of the "Ms" hehehe - Motivation-Moving-Marvellous Food (lol - obviously i made this up hehehe - but it working!) :hurray:

Thanks Xenon!! You should defo come back and check out the sea here - I live near the town of Tarifa (an hour drive) - from Tarifa you can see the Atlas mountains in Africa in clear weather - with my camera i can even see the traffic on the other side - amazing!!

Thanks Tally! I did some measurements - i have them somewhere - i ll do a comparison when i reach 200 lbs - hopefully by beginning of April. Fingers crossed! But so far trousers falling off of me is the biggest sign of things going well!

Today the day before my Scale day - I had a sneak peek - it does look promising! Yay! :hurray:

So i hope it either stays the same or goes down a bit more.

The weather here is a bit meh - rained all night - but it s sunny-ish right now - so i m planning on a brisk walk down to the port - maybe checking out an English bookshop there too. It would be nice to take a break from work.

Then i wanna do a good cardio session in the gym in the afternoon - afterall it s scale day tomorrow!! i also SHOULD do some weight training - i havent done it for a while...once i m home - i m in a lazy mood - as far as excercising is concerned.

My food today is:
Breakie: cerelas + banana + almonds + skinny latte
Lunch: Greek pasta (pasta/spinach/feta cheese/cherry tomato/olives)
Snack:grapefruit/nuts
Dinner: Green salad with tuna
Drink: tea + water

I hope i have some good news to report tomorrow!!!!

OMG I totally LOVE the Atlas Mountains. Believe it or not, the first time I saw mountains, it was the Atlas Mountains. Glad to hear the weight loss is going well! I'm really looking forward to your weigh in :D
 
SCALE DAY

I lost 3.3 lbs (1.5kg) Wooohoooo! YAY!!! :hurray:

Today i m really quite motivated to go to the gym (even though the weather sux - rainy and cold) i m doing my (now) usual 90 min cardio and i will do some wieight training in the afternoon (i didnt do it yesterday)

Foodwise i m having:
breakie: cereals + almonds + banana & skinny latte
Lunch: homemade spicey lentil soup with 2 poached eggs
Snack: grapefruit
Dinner: celery/cucumber/carrot dipped in humus :drool5:
Drink: water + water + water & tea

BRING ON NEXT WEEK! :hurray:
