rabbit food never appealed to me - until i realise there are so many things you can do with it!

Today is another good day - i m on roll - as far as being positive and optimistic and upbeat goes.

I went the body sculpting class and i think i found the class for me.
Body sculpting is a fitness program using weights, flexibility, and endurance training to shape hips, thighs, upper arms, and buttocks into a lean, toned healthy body...
& during the class i thought of something...if i put through my body in hell when i put on weight/ate junk/ didnt excercize enough...then now my body is in purgatory...as the class was really hard...(which is a good thing - when you feel it working) ...
So once i m through with purgatory i can go to body heaven
So thats so far the excerzice today (50 min class and 20 brisk walking)
If i can fit in some more excercize - i ll do some more brisk walking - see how my work goes.
Foodwise:
Breakie: cereals + banana
Lunch: Mango - chicken- vegetable stir fry yum yum
snack: coffee/grapefruit
Dinner: greek salad

Yes - it is amazing - i love it too! i didnt realize the mediteranian sea was posh lol thanks for dropping by!!i wish i lived by the sea and it doesnt even have to be as posh as the mediteranien sea.

Yup - extra time was worth it for calories defo. body sculpting WAS amazing..see belowgood job putting in the extra time to work off those cals. please do share about the body sculpting class....hope it is what you are looking for.
