On Tally's comment about a belt..I have one with Betty Boop (got for Christmas) and can't wait to be able to wear that again! So nice to need belts.....ah, the good ol' days!

Hey Justina

I feel your struggle to loose weight, keep trying you will get there sooner then you think. What do you thinks is harder to do dieting or exercise? As long as I prepare my days worth of food I go ok with the dieting but the exercise I hate with a passion, I don't mind swimming thou.

i m indeed well happy.
In fact today i was down another 0.5kg (1lb) so YAY! its not official so aint going on my signature - but i m just well happy! :hurray:

That means my goal is totally realistic by the beginning of April.
Feruary was kinda mean to me - i think March loves me :) & i love March too! <3

So i might have mention in some of your diaries - i m going on a shopping trip to NY with my sister - and i m so excited!!! it is also a very good incentive for me to be able to size 12 (american size) - i m 14 know. i still have 4 weeks. so i think it s feasible. I m also doing the body sculpting class twice this week - so i m not just losing the weight but shaping/toning my body too!
So all positive.

i m also meeting some friends before NY in London - i m flying to NY from there - so i m staying a night. Some of my friends i havent seen for over a year - i m excited to show my new figure up.

You see I have plenty of things that will keep me motivated over March. :)

Today's menu:
Breakfast: cereals w banana
Lunch: Small beans + wholegrain rice with nuts/raisins/cinnamon/chili - ( i ve gone a bit mad experimenting) - it came out OK
Snack:grapefruit
Dinner: green salad with tuna

Excerczie: 90 min cardio again
(getting a bit bored - but swimming pool was shut this week - cant wait tomorrows body sculpting class! & i m back to the pool on wednesday!!)

Girl!!! :eek:!!! :party:!! You are doing SO AMAZING!! You just inspired the heck out of me when I saw a 90 min cardio + weights!! WOW!! Look at you!! :D!!! Making me wanna step it up RIGHT NOW as I type!! ;)!!! LOVE IT!!!

It's so funny, that as you workout, and drop weight, that the goal weight that we all have intended in our mind, might "LOOK" the part even faster than our goal weight. I think we should definitely remind ourselves, so that we can really PUSH while we are working out/weight training! The more effort in the moment, the more we can change the muscle tone, even without changing the weight. :D!!

SO PROUD OF YOU!! CONGRATS ON SMASHING ALL THOSE POUNDS THIS WEEK!! What a WARRIOR~!!!! :D!!! Your trip sounds like it's going to be fun. It's going to be great that everyone you haven't seen in a while gets to see you all filled with happiness of your new figure! You are working for it, so great job!! Let's STEP IT UP this week, lady!

I was just telling my fiance I really need to go on a trip next year! It seems like its been far too long since I have been anywhere awesome or new. I was thinking something pretty tame like Hawaii though lol

PS I have 2 size 12's and the sizes here ARE CRAZY! One is more like a size 16.. I swear I wish they would get rid of the crazy vanity sizes. It's okay whatever size I am.. I can take it. I just want some consistency here!

Hey Tally, Shopping in NY really keeps me going. as well as seeing my London friends.. i used to live in the UK (8 yrs) - so it s gonna be great to be back for a night.

Sizes...oh yeah - i know the magic of being of size in one shop and 2 size smaller in another LOL- some consistency would b appreciated

Today s been a very productive day! I had my body sculpting class this morning & loved it! we had a different teacher this time. He was so funny! No wonder there were so many people in the class. he was such a queen - dancing around us while we were doing the excercizes! hehehe! the class was slightly different from the one on Thursday - which i appreciate actually! Variety is the spice of life!

Also put together my weekly workout routine and loving it!
The first item is the main excerczie (between 60-90min) the second one is optional (depending on how i feel/how much time i have) and shorter (between 10-30min):

MONDAY: Cardio workout + fitness ball with dumbells
TUESDAY: Body sculpting class + cardio
WEDNESDAY: Swimming + sauna
THURSDAY: Body sculpting class + cardio OR belly dance class
FRIDAY: Cardio workout + fitness ball with dumbells
SATURDAY: Swimming + sauna
SUNDAY: Cardio + Walking

FOOD:
Breakie: cereals + kiwi + almonds
Snack: dates :drool5:
Lunch: Greek Pasta (spinach/basil/feta/olives/onion/tomato) with olive oil
Snack: Grapefruit
Dinner: Salad with salmon

Today time s just flying...I still have to clean the apartment.

You're doing great, I'm impressed with your commitment of diet & exercise combined! Absolutely amazing! More power to you for working out all 7 days & for about 2 hours a time, DANG! No wonder you are seeing such fantastic results!
 
I am so jealous - Belly Dancing! I have been wanting to sign up for a class - just not by myself - and none of my friends are interested.

I genuinly enjoy doing sports now - so its not a chore for me - it s more like energizing me - something i m excited about :) i cant belive i m talking about myself and sports LOL...but sure - if i dont feel like it one day - i just dont do it - simple as that - but i dont have a day dedicted for resting

Its rainig....(but not men) just simply raining here....LOL anyway good day so far.
i have swimming today - but i m kinda thinking about giving it a miss...as one of my eyes hurts...maybe too much computer (i work on computer every day)
but i really fancy the sauna afterwards.....mmm chilling in the hot sauna after swimming - that s just bliss!!!
So i ll see.
Today is the first day of Lent. Traditionally (the way i grew up) i should only eat 3 times & no meat... one day only - i think i can handle that. Snack belongs to lunch - its kinda my dessert :D

Foodwise:
Breakie: Cereals + almonds + kiwi + date
Lunch: WOK : Tofu + vegetables + noodles YUM - homemade dressing & bean sprouts
Snack: Strawberries
Dinner: Greek salad

BTW my scale - might be broken - i keep losing weight the whole week - lol - not that i m complaining - but i ll wait until scale day to make it official :D

I just wanted to drop by and say how much I've enjoyed reading your diary!It's just so incredibly inspiring,you're doing GREAT!You're exercise routine is incredible-and that you're enjoying it more and more is even more incredible,(i'm yet to enjoy exercise haha!I'm not a big fan,but i'm trying) and your food logs are brilliant to-I especially liked the sound of your tofu and veg noodles,sounds yummmmer yummer!I may try and make that for myself tonight you know!

Good luck with the Belly dancing,which,sounds so much fun!I've also always wanted to have a go myself,although to be honest i'm not a great dancer!But then it's not all about that is it!Hmmm maybe I'll have a look and see if there are any local clubs and such :D

I look forward to reading your future updates!
 
They offer belly dancing somewhere around here (not in my immediate area) an aquaintance goes but I never really thought it'd be something I'd like. She says it is a good work out though. Enjoy!
