Well I havent been around recently - i guess it s down to being a bit unmotivated and depressed - (last 2 weeks) - but i think i managed to pick myself up.

So far this year i lost 8.3kg. which is not too bad...but it really DID slow down - yes you guessed it right the last 2 weeks. it s good really now i m losing 0.8 kg every week (on average) - quite normal.
i started at 106 kg: 3th January.
the challange for February is to become overweight...hahaha not everyone's dream..but of those who are obese..
as far as calculation goes i have to lose 4 kg...so actually i think i have to wait until March...little by little....
Food - i m trying to avoid processed food as much as i can. I eat tons of vegetables - i found some awesome recepies online - that are low fat and nutritious.
I eat low sugar content fruits...apart from banana - that s my new breakfast: banana with whole wheat cereals.
I drink plenty of water...this is a challange and a half.
& i try to add more protein too...lean meat, tofu., soya products, quinoa, pulses, fish...
Sport..excercise...i became a fitness ball addict. i try to go to 2 classes a week - and now i have my own at home..so when i dont have a class i use it at home.
i do swmming twice a week too. and cardio the rest of the days.
next mission is body sculping....i m a bit intimidated by it- so i thought i d go when i reach 95kg - i dont know why - i need to build up some confidence.
So February here i come!

Not sure I could eat that. I love it FULLY COOKED though!
