Well thank you guys for loving my recipes

& I am glad I could inspire some of you. it is always a mission to plan a week ahead. There are some reasons I do it:
- i am trying to do everything from scratch
- money is tight - trying to have no waste - it's hard with veggies, fruit - hence the planning
- time is tight - certain items have to be done in the weekend so I can just take them out from the freezer
- If i don't plan I might end up getting something unhealthy on impulse.
Anyway. Good day. Work is ok...overwhelming really - I really just want to know stuff already - I dislike the training period. I will get there eventually.
Food is good. I had:
B: Lucy's banana cookies yum! + latte WARNING they are addictive:
L: Pearl couscous salad with garbanzo beans + dried mango + apple
D: Mixed salad with a boiled egg - ezekiel toast
Exercise@ zero...hopefully tomorrow
No recipe for the salad - I just made it up -all veggies I had at home + garbanzo beans + couscous & lemon-oil dressing
