just some progress pics

half way into the smolov squat routine. iv gained like..5 lbs in these 7 weeks so far.

this is july 4th, 2008 on vacation.

i personally think the lighting is flattering-bathroom pics...lol

basically, i just started squatting like a madman after vacation when my foot got better. :]

anyone want to estimate my body fat %? probably like 13%?

i just do other stuff too aside from the squatting.
self taught gymnastics.
 
I didn't know Know you were jacked wtf lol. Your kind of where I want to be but a little bit more bigger. (I'm assuming your bulking).

You gotta be 9-10% bodyfat.

How much you workin out with on the squats?
 
well my max was 290 2 weeks ago, and the program has me doing insane amounts of heavy squats in the 85+ range % wise.
they expect me to hit 4x5 with 90% my 1rm on saturday rofl...this is ganna be inhuman when i do it.
so i adopted breathing squats(taking many breaths in between squats). its the only way to get all the reps...i dont see how else he expects me to get 4x5 with 90% haha

im actually planning on cutting after like 6 more weeks of bulking. i want no love handles and i want to be a machine at body weight stuff- running, chins, handstand pushups,jumping, changing direction quickly. i just want to be super efficient.
