Food for the day:
Breakfast: 3 eggs w/ some turkey
Lunch: Clif bar & apple
Second lunch: Protein shake(powder, soymilk, banana,ice)
Snack: Bit of cereal.(verryyyy little.and it was healthy cereal soo....)
Dinner: Brown rice w/ parmesan and some toe-may-toe soup
Exercise for the day:
C25K Week 2, walked 3.0, jogged 4.2. Im going to up 4.2 to 4.5 next week(still doing w2 next week), and gradually make it up to 5.5-6.0.

Oh and Im pretty sore from... weights and stretching or whatever, so Im just going to jog today, but tomorrow Im going to do lunges, squats, all that fun stuff, then recover over the weekend! Yay!

Owww. My biceps and pectoralis hurt A LOT today. Didnt help that my friend ran up to me and latched onto my arm..
