Just one quarter!

Hi wedgie buddy! I'm so glad we're on the same team. You make me smile! :) Have a great workout tomorrow!
 
Food for the day:
Breakfast: Clif bar(was late for the bus so I didnt have time for anything else)
Lunch: Clif bar and apple
Second lunch?: 3 eggs and a piece of wholewheat bread(but it was realllyyy healthy bread so no damage done) w/ fake butter
Dinner: Protein shake(protein powder, soymilk, ice, banana)


Exercise for the day:
20 minutes c25k Week 2! Finished it! I went about 4.3 when I ran, which is probably why I was able to finish today(I usually go 5.0). So that was awesome-o.
12 minutes stretching(sore from weights yesterday so ehhh)

Exercise for the day:

C25K Week 2, walked 3.0, jogged 4.2. Im going to up 4.2 to 4.5 next week(still doing w2 next week), and gradually make it up to 5.5-6.0. :toetap05:
Oh and Im pretty sore from... weights and stretching or whatever, so Im just going to jog today, but tomorrow Im going to do lunges, squats, all that fun stuff, then recover over the weekend! Yay! :D Yay for run on sentences too!

Owww. My biceps and pectoralis hurt A LOT today. Didnt help that my friend ran up to me and latched onto my arm..

I hate it when junkfood comercials come on when I have even the slightest bit of hunger. I find myself inching towards the tv and wishing we had it in my house...

Lunch: Protein bar (I offically hate protein bars.)
Second Lunch: Luna tea cake thing, borwn rice w/ half a chicken boob(a flat chicken boob, not a big one)
Dinner: Brown rice and another half of a chicken boob
Snacks: Banana & Luna bar(<--- I shouldnt have eaten that.)

Exercise:
Ill get in some lunges/wall sits/whatevers today. And go on a walk with the dogs. (no exercise ball, treadmill, weights...OH WAIT MAYBE THERES SOME IN THE GARAGE!)

15 minutes basic exercises/stretches
20 minutes weights(OWWW)

Guess who found weights in their dads garageee? OVER HERE! THATS RIGHT!

I also found some tennis rackets, so guess whose dad is going to be playing an hour of tennis with their daughter? :reddevil:
 
Glad you're finding things to do there so you're not skipping out on your exercise. brava indeed. Look luck finding good food too. ;)
