To get abs visible, i heard you have to train hard sets, and easier sets, say 3*5 reps with really hard resistance, and the other day 3*12 easier, say, situps. And apart from that, eating is of c important.
Now my question, how do you apply more weight to the ab movements? The toughest ab exercise i know of is the simple and original situp with no support for your feet and your hands behind the neck. However i can do 3*20 of these.
What is really tough, tough to the extent that i can only perform like 3*5 of, assuming that i wouldn't like to use machines?
