Here is where we can gather together in one space to do our own personal monthly challenge. There are no winners or losers. Anyone can join.
My June plan is-
Logging everything into MFP.
1600-1800 cals per day,
minimum of 5000 steps per day,
10 half squats per day (edited)
Weigh myself at least twice a week.
I can do this. If I did that for one month I would lose weight. Hopefully, I will lose at least 1.5kg. That's the plan anyway
