Here is where we can gather together in one space to do our own personal monthly challenge. There are no winners or losers. Anyone can join.
My June plan is-
Logging everything into MFP.
1600-1800 cals per day,
minimum of 5000 steps per day,
10 half squats per day (edited)
Weigh myself at least twice a week.

I can do this. If I did that for one month I would lose weight. Hopefully, I will lose at least 1.5kg. That's the plan anyway :)

Best of luck with your plan and don´t overdo it with those squats at first :)

Hello, June! :boxing:

My plan:
1500cal per day
>5000 steps
no soda
2x jogging in week 1
starting the day with yoga and maybe tea/ drink a bottle of water before breakfast
no eating after 8pm
have protein with one meal
take my supplements

Let's do this! :hurray:

My plan is to stick to my diet and keep exercising. As I lose more weight I may adjust my calories up a bit, but not right now.

I do have a trip planned the last full week of June, it will make staying on track a challenge, but I will do my best.

Day 1 and 2 are good for me.

Thanks for doing this Cate, I like this kind of thing.

I may drop my calories next week, depending on my weight as I have decided not to do the 650 cal day once a week. I feel better mentally not fasting. Squats I'll do as half squats until my knees stop hurting. I'm aching a lot from golf still.
I'll weigh myself tomorrow.

Day 3 was good, but today a bit of a bust. Got a stomach bug so I am just doing my best to get past it.
