Dont beat yourself up. Sometimes if I find myself wanting a little bed time snack, I know I am craving something in particular. So maybe it would be better to just make a bee-line(no pun intended
) for the small amount of chocolate. That way you may be satisfied without feeling too full.
Also, something I have learned is that sometimes when I go to bed on a full stomach, feeling badly about myself, I am more prone to have nightmares.
