Btw my cc info was stolen off of a clothing retailer's website last week. Thieves tried to charge hundreds of dollars at Nordstrom yesterday. Luckily my bank alerted me and card was cancelled.

What's a watch party?
 
A watch party is where supporters of a particular candidate get together to watch something they could all watch in their own homes. It's usually for debates but this is the 'organizing' online message for campaign volunteers. No one has signed up to come to my house, and I didn't expect them to, but my town's name is fun and thought it would be fun to have it in the list.

Thinking I'll buy a knee scooter Monday. My foot is getting worse. May go to urgent care sunday or Saturday night.
 
Sorry to hear that your foot's got worse - yes, do get care for it without delay.

And thanks for letting me know about the meaning of "watch party"! :)
 
Had a dream this morning that I adopted a 6 month old who could toddle from Walmart. It was called paperless adoption and it was kind of a spin of luck as you could get anything from newborn to 12 month old. I got a six month old (so they said) little Asian boy. I was so joyful when I woke up.

Headed to urgent care.
 
I hope you can get that foot dealt with & I'm glad for your sake that was just a dream :)
 
@cate yes, totally glad it was a dream. I can see it becoming a reality though (adoptingat Walmart) . I do wish i wasn't too old to adopt under 10 years old. I think I'm finally to a place i would be an awesome parent and a little one would be a joy.

Tendon issue w the foot. In a boot w instructions to stay off of it as much as possible until I get in to see an orthopedic surgeon.
 
Applied and qualified for promotion position. Ambivalent about it. When I thought I didn't have needed paperwork and would be disqualified I got very happy.

Had my first therapy session yesterday. I like the therapist. She seems qualified and personable.

At a neighbor's tonight for trivial pursuit. Trying to be social and connect.
 
Being ambivalent about the promotion takes any pressure off. It's great that you like the therapist. Hope you have a good night at the neighbour's :)
 
Have food poisoning or noro or something. This is awful. My brother (nurse) said to wait at least 24 hours before going to urgent care because it should pass. I feel like death warmed over and i had cleaned the freaking bathroom today.....actually thank goodness for that.
 
Ended up at the er for 8 hours last night. I was much sicker than I thought. It'll be a week before I can eat normally. Hoping to keep down some applesauce tonight.

Running to the bathroom Wednesday barefoot something popped in my foot. I can move my pinky toe and bear full weight on the foot. Just a little sore but no more searing pain. I'm going to go ahead with the pt and pool exercises. But cool. Almost worth this .....
