This Friday is going just fine and dandy.

Getting a lot of work done, in good spirits, ready to hit the gym and bust ass, and looking forward to a fun weekend.

Hey Hottie. Hope you are having a fabulous weekend. I actually did some upper body strength training today... FINALLY!! You would have been proud.
 
What? Did you go back to Mt. Washington this weekend? I hope you come back with a less harrowing experience than last time, you nuthead. :D

No, I didn't go to Mt. Washington this weekend. We leave for there in a few weeks. This weekend we did some camping in northern PA.
I'd post the same here but I embedded some pictures from the trip which this forum does not allow.
 
Sure enough the damn pole shot right down the mountain. Here I am running full speed through deep snow straight down a mountain in the dark after it. And it was outpacing me, lol.

It's snowing again.

This weekend is supposed to go up to 50 though, which isn't going to make our hiking/camping crappy.

Can you tell I have nothing to report?

Yesterday's workout looked something like:

A1 - Incline Bench - 185 @ (4*2) x 5
A2 - Weighted Pull Ups - 35 @ (4*2) x 5
B1 - Flat DB Bench - 55 @ 3x8
B2 - Bent over DB Rows - 45 @ 3x8

It was brief and light. Elbows are feeling beat up a bit. A1 and A2 was done in clusters. So it's 5 sets of 4 minisets of 2 reps. For incline bench it looked like this:

185x2... 10s rest... two more reps.... 10s rest.... etc

This was followed by 40 minutes of steady state cardio. Spent 10 minutes on 4 different pieces of equipment.
 
Hiya doll. I haven't posted here in awhile and just wanted to let you know I still read this journal as well as your other one. So how many more weekends are you going to go camping before the big trip?? Are you not driving your wife crazy w/ all of this??
 
Wife wants me to be prepared for the upcoming trip so she understands and accepts it. We head out of PA on 20th and the hike starts on the 21st.
 
That kid needs help.
