This is my avatar on about a million forums. I never get sick of seeing it, but I guess it's b/c it was one of the most beautiful things I had ever seen... so it's a good memory.

Yesterday's training was a wash out for the most part. The hills were too icy to do anything serious. My legs needed the break anyhow... they're still sore.

Today is upperbody strength and some steady state cardio on teh machines.

Tomorrow is hiking and camping in the cold.

Haha, I think the wife would kill me if I went that far! Plus, my old house stays pretty damn cold... almost enough to acclimate me at night!

Tits are a good thing. I'm an ass man myself, but admire all parts of the female body. :) And I remember seeing some nice ass shots of yours in your album!

This Friday is going just fine and dandy.

Getting a lot of work done, in good spirits, ready to hit the gym and bust ass, and looking forward to a fun weekend.
