This week flew by. Tomorrow I'll be heading out to Gord's to shoot videos. Saturday he'll come down my way so we can edit and upload. Saturday night I'd like to get some people to go out to dinner, but we'll see.

Tonight is Phillies Phever! And tomorrow. I'm stoked. :)

On the blog front, we're up over 2300 views which isn't too shabby considering we released it to the 'world' last week.

Haha, I don't think we'd go that far. That would be to Hollywood. I'm thinking something more along the lines of..

Gladiators!!!!

Aroo!

:p

that'd be worth seeing - I think you and gordy need to have some video fun and do a ltitle reenacting :) in between working hard..

Very good to hear :)

We recently uploaded some foam rolling vids. I've been doing a lot of work with a tennis ball as of late to isolate problem spots a bit.

I want to get one of these soon:

Aw nice, its like a foam roller upgrade. I don't know whoever came up with this idea, but its a great one. I seriously thought my trainer was full of shit when it handed me one on my first day... But I guess he did know SOMETHING... haha

Some of the certifations don't even mention myofascial release. NSCA, which is one of the best, doesn't from what I remember!

NASM is big on it and this cert has been growing in popularity as of late, so it's obvious that more trainers and gyms will be familiar with it.

Thankfully.

I need to find a gym buddy like YOU! From the looks of it you're trying to make your breasts more beautiful :)

AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!! :hurray:

So I did not get to go for my run today. Things just got crazy towards the end of the day at work.... this fucking market is starting to piss me off.

Also, Gordy is coming here tomorrow now, which is nice. Driving to his house on a Friday afternoon usually sucks horribly with traffic. He wants to go to my gym and film some exercises that we don't have access to at his place... like cables and whatnot. He also wants to shoot 'some crazy videos.'

I was like "what's a crazy video?"

He said "you benching 350lbs or something like that."

Me: "yea right"

He wants to post cool videos on our blog.

you are a webstar... so people will flock to your blog - plus a mention by Lyle didn't hurt you none at all... though your webulebrity is purely on your own merits...

ummm - you'd have to get in line behind all the legitmate cewebutards... you're just a poser compared to some :)

but coin away... Celebutard is one of my favorite words -chances are though -the brain trust on fark have already used cewebutard :) they ocme up with all the really good words :)

no you really can't be one...

you'd have to dispose of ya know you're ethics... your personality... your intelligence... your integrity...

Move on.. webstar works :) just keep earning that star hood and not rest on what ya did.... it's always what you're doing now...
