Journey, Not A Destination

pretty boy.... :biggrinjester:

Haha, really? I'm so not a pretty boy. If you met me, I think the impression would be squashed fast. Not that it would be a bad impression. But I'm not the 'pretty boy' type, depending on what you mean by pretty boy. :)

I couldn't get on last night at all. This morning was a little wonky. That must be what's going on.

well you are pretty to look at -and you are a boy.. :D if we divide the world up into boys and girls :D

Pretty boy? eh -not so much -i don't see you as the manicuring type :D

I couldn't get on here last night either. How are things coming with the house?

The house is coming along nicely. Today was the first day of testing on the septic and it went surprisingly well. Tomorrow is the final day and then onto the remaining inspections. At this point it's pretty much a done deal.

I'm concerned about settlement. As of right now it stands at the end of November. My rate lock only lasts 60 days. They might make settlement earlier but won't decide until after this week

That's really exciting....
Nice to see it working out in your favor.. :D

Heck ya, I'm stoked. Yesterday they loaded 400 gallons of water into the septic system to see if the drainage field could handle such mass amounts. It handled it with flying colors.

They do the same thing this afternoon... this will be the real test. If it handles another 400, that means it soaked yesterday's all up and we're good to go. Even if it doesn't hold 400 today, we're most likely good to go.

Yea, it adds up I suppose. In PA, the septic must be able to handle 60 gallons per person per day.
