Journey, Not A Destination

leaving tomorrow after work my roommates parents have a house near ac in ocean city so we'll stay there and fri and sat we were going to go out in ac
 
I'd offer to try and meet up but that would be definite really bad first impression.

Steve+Bachelor Party+AC=Messy
 
I actually have faith in myself that I can put on a good first impression regardless of the situation...

The clowns I'm with... they more than turn the tides for the worse.

Have fun this weekend. Bachelor parties are always a good time. Just don't get arrested or in a fight. LOL

I actually might have the chance to stick around for the wife's surgery. But then I'm out of here when it comes time for her needing someone waiting hand and foot.
 
ummmm steve.... when she wakes up she will want to see your face. I hope she's ok though! I haven't read back so idk, but im sure if it were something big you would stay around. :)

I would stick around if it were a big surgery. But it's in and out. She had the same surgery a couple years back and she'll be fine.

yah it is minor surgery, my hubby had that and i just came to pick him up a few hours later.

Im not good with sick people either , i always tend to say stuff like 'harden up ya fucking wuss!' or similar :O

I had a blast in AC... very fun time. I'm still dragging ass from it! I missed a night of sleep which I was unable to catch up on.

No good stories really... just a lot of fun, drinking and dancing.

Krista's surgery was okay I suppose. Okay b/c they fixed the hernia, but she is in real bad shape. She's having a lot of trouble getting around. On Saturday I literally had to lift her in and out of bed or chairs. She'd literally cry each time she moved... it was pretty awful. She's improving though.

We finally looked at the house this weekend. It's extremely nice... nicer than I expected honestly. I have to think about some things but might put an offer on it this week.

your lovely wife was in that much pain that you trotted off to AC for drinking and dancing while she cried...

Nice that things are possibly moving forward with the house...
 
I actually came home at 5 in the morning on Saturday if that counts for anything....

While everyone else was just going to bed.
