Journey, Not A Destination

Thanks, I plan on it! It will be rough waking up tomorrow, but well worth it!

Poor fucking you...

Did you see that they requested that all Flyer's fans in attendence tonight NOT boo the Canadian Nat'l Anthem? The only way that will happen is if they get Lauren Hart to sing it... but even then, I don't think that will stop the rabid Philly fans from doing it... YES people, you heard me right, we will Boo a cancer survivor.

i have heard MUSCELS BURN FAT. It is also suppose to weight sexen times more than fat. I don't know if this is true.Does anyone know

Hahaha, what a joke.

And what a FUCKING GAME!

That was a blast man... what a nail biter. I wanted to beat the shit out of the refs but we pulled it off. Those silly Canadians couldn't pull off a victory even though they had a power play the majority of the game!!

Pathetic.

you seem to be a lucky charm for the flyers...

Hope you had fun and get some nap time in today

I wish they'd realize that and give me tickets to all the playoff games from here on out! I forgot how fun hockey games were. I really do believe it's my favorite sport to watch in person.

And believe it or not, but I was home by 11 so went to bed at a relatively normal time.

I was going to ask if you had a good time, but I see that you did :)

At least Philly fans give people something to talk about...not like those boring fans in, say, Indianapolis. Who wants to be boring???

Philly fans can be a little over the top at times... but it's better that way in my eyes. It gets you more pumped up to watch.

However, last night people kept standing up. I guess adrenaline had them jumping out their pants. I hate standing.... I can see just fine from my comfy seat that I paid 100 bucks for, thanks. But when everyone and their grandmother (literally, there was a 90 some year old lady in front of me drinking booze and dancing) are standing up every other minute, I'm forced to stand up as well in order to see.

Which is whatever.

But when you have the asshole behind me yelling, "Sit the FUCK down Phillies," then you have a pissed off Steve.

I had a Phillies hat on and turned around to make sure this jackass wasn't talking to me. Sure enough he was.

Me: Who me?
Him: Yea, what the fuck, I paid 100 bucks for this seat to WATCH THE FUCKING GAME."
Me: Me too sir, and that's why I'm standing up so I can see over top the 50 people standing up in front of me who are joining the other 20,000 fans on their feet.
Him: Just sit the fuck down.
Me: Me standing up right here is a lot better for you than me standing up nose to nose with you up there, so I suggest you stand the fuck up.

Case closed.

Get a few beers in me, a lot of traffic jam, some rough hockey with crazy ass fans...

And I'm ready to rumble, lol.

So update...

I'm getting pretty lean but I've really been half assing it this week so far. I took the week off from the gym as the body was 'screaming' for one. Aches in my joints real bad.

I've also decided to be pretty lax on the diet. I'm not pigging out or anything... but definitely taking a break from UD2.

I'll run a few times this week... I found this awesome trail by my house... another one actually. I'll also be working a lot on mobility and flexibility.

Yea, no crap. Gord is really lean right now.... he was in a weight loss competition with one of his clients. I'm not as concerned with being lean as I am with being in shape at the moment.

I can see just fine from my comfy seat that I paid 100 bucks for, thanks.

Happens at concerts too...I can stay home and listen to music...I want
to actually SEE the perfomance....so I end up standing up during the whole thing and its usually my luck to be behind someone a lot taller than me.

Yea, in all honesty anymore I enjoy watching these kinds of things from my couch much better. However, I do enjoy a good concert and hockey is about the only sport I'd rather watch in person than from the couch.

There's just too many fucktards out and about for my liking.

I usually make one football and one baseball game per year. This year I did two hockey games. And I haven't been to a concert in a long while. Last one was Three Doors Down and I actually had a blast tailgating.

Well the guy's lucky you didn't whoop his ass he he.

I was checking on your progress vis a vis the scale but I see you're on a well-deserved break. As for me, I'm looking a little better from the past month but my weight is up one pound. Now I KNOW I didn't gain 3.5 lbs of muscle (I shouldve lost around 2.5 lbs with the deficit) so what's up I have no idea.

Have a good one.
