Journey, Not A Destination

Mapquest!

I have a hard enough time even followingi the directions they provide. I need a navigation system. I have one in my car and I have a hand held for my jeep. I use both ALL THE TIME

Ha, ha - I am cheap and Mapquest is free :) I manage to make do...

that's not too bad...i am in western south jersey :) about 20 minutes away or so from the city...

Cracks me up how that state gets such a bad rep... especially Deptford ;)

At anyrate, you always need a GPS for the back roads of Lancaster and what not. At least I do when I go to my trailer in the mountains... finding shit isn't easy up there.

I think it is a case that you have to have lived there to understand it. Those of us in south jersey have to take the rap for north jersey :D
 
Being a Jersey girl - born and raised - even though i don't live there anymore -it's still homish - and I am very protective of the state :)

Someone o nce mad ethe comment and it's so true, yes, New Jersey, it's expensive, and overcrowded and overtaxed and wellsome parts of it are a shithole -but it's like the mothership.

South Jersey is a different state than North Jersey and the Pineys - well that's just weird :D

I used to be 25-30 minutes outside the city but either they moved my town or the traffic got a shit ton worse.

I76 is an unbelievable nightmare.

That's a good point. When I travel, I don't have as much issue finding my way around places. This area is tricky though with all the back roads. It's the countryside, but the population is high so there are literally roads everywhere!

And who am I kidding.... I'm bad wherever. But it's true that I think it's trickier around here.

If I saw that in my gym I honestly don't know if I could refrain from asking WTF it is he thinks he's doing.

I grew up in the Pine Barrens and yes, they are just weird. However I have graduated to a somewhat more southern area of the state and there do not seem to be Pineys where I am - TG!

It is the mothership...and you know how it goes, if you live here you can say whatever you want, but if you don't~watch your mouth!! haha just kidding :) it is home, what can I say???
 
If that's considered a full squat -then the freakin' agita I was giving myself when I couldn't do a squat for close to a year was for nuttin' :D

I Could do what he was doing- ok not with 400+ lbs but I could do that with a few lbs... :D

that was what i was thinking - i haven't done squats yet (working up the courage to try it w/the bar w/witnesses around) but there just seems to be something wrong with that...
 
i wouldnt consider that a squat.. he's barely stretching out the muscle.. my squats my ass goes a lil above my knee caps...


but speaking of legs...
