Journey, Not A Destination

Well, When I say "hate" I don't mean I actually "hate" them. That's just to help illustrate a point of my distaste for them!

Giants play the eagles right?

Haha, that will be an easy win for the eagles...

This is what I like to hear!

Little manning is a complete joke.

If I had to decide who was the "better of the worst" between Rex grossman and little manning?

Without a doubt, two worst Quarterbacks in the league, IMO.

Greenbay is still undefeated! Yeah, my all time favorite QB still got game! (tad corny, I know.)

But, more importantly! My cowboys are still undefeated!

Just a quick question - I started indoor climbing, which I will do every saturday for 4h (in pairs taking turns) and it is very physically demanding for me as it involves a lot of upper body strength (I still can't move today - even my wrist muscles kill) as well as the rest of the body. I used to do 3x cardio sessions and 3x weight sessions. Do you think it's ok to do just 2x weight sessions per week instead as I've got the climbing, which takes a long time for my muscles to recover?

Against the bears (rex blows!) last night. He had REC8 YDS145.
No touchdowns yesterday(but didn't need them lol). He has 3so far for the season.

He played really well last night. Got open, did well after the catch. I honestly didn't expect him to do this well when he got signed on. But, he seems to like the cowboys environment.

Certainly. Two full body sessions per week is fine with or without climbing, assuming fat loss/muscle maintenance is the goal.

That's cool.

As much as he rubs me the wrong way at times... the man has my complete respect as an athlete.

"A pessimist is one who makes difficulties of opportunities. An optimist makes opportunities of so-called difficulties."

"We avoid the things that we're afraid of because we think there will be dire consequences if we confront them. But the truly dire consequences in our lives come from avoiding things that we need to learn about or discover."
