That was one day I chowed down 3000 calories, and another day I ate 2700. It was the first time I consciously took a break from dieting. I feel like a dummy for asking. I also haven't been weighing myself frequently. Its possible I could have dipped below 180 and missed it.
Also, there was a period of a three weeks where I didn't track.
I asked because someone put the idea forward to me that I was "maintaining at 2000" calories and I wondered if this could be so.
Sorry for the confusion. I am watching the scales and calories more closely these days. Its just that I've been this weight since June I think and I didn't think I'd slipped that much.
