Girl Friend Help Please Guys

Sup guys, I am a sophmore in high school, I just got my first girl friend and i feel like im not all i can be for her. I want to bulk majorly. i was just wondering should i make a schedule or do you think if i just go in my basement and workout three times a week ill be good. Any help on how to get bigger and gain weight would be apreciated. thanks
 
Well unless someone told her to go out with you, i would think she likes you the way you are right now. If you want to get better I would maybe start to run in the morning or at nights and workout.
 
Not at all, but to answer your question, read the stickies at the top of all the forum rooms!!! And get Lou Schuler's "New Rules of Lifting". She'll be wantin to marry a cracka...
 
Be yourself be confident and you'll be cool. If you want to bulk up for you do it. Eat well, eat alot and lift heavy weights 3-4 times a week and throw in 15-20 mins of cardio here and there. Good luck
 
Sophomore = 2nd year, so 10th grade in high school.

So you start high school in grade 9?....

Anyways, back on topic. I'm just simply gonna back up what others have said. If she's goin out wit you then she likes you for you, no need to start bulkn up to impress her. But if you really want to than read around on the forums (especially the stickies) and learn.

It was actually a seroius question because i don't get how the system works in the USA. I don't know what freshman, sophomore or junior year means...or any other terms you use. Yeah i'm 17 (18 in a month :) ) and finished school last year
 
Well, if you wanted to impress your girlfriend, I think she would rather see a 6 pack then a gut anyday. Why don't you cut back then? What's your current weight and body fat % right now.
 
some school districts in the US have 'middle school' from grade 6-8, then high school is 9-12, which makes a sophomore grade 10, and usually 15-16 yrs old.


don't bulk up for a woman you already have....you're supposed to bulk up to get women in the first place ;)

seriously though...do it for you, not to impress her. if it doesn't impress her you'll feel like you failed...if you do it for you, you only answer to yourself, which is all that should matter.
 
Chicks are a dime a dozen dont sweat her. If she doesnt like you for who you are, theres a bunch out there who will.

malkore said it well. Don't do it for her. I did that in my high school years, and since it was all wrapped up around doing it for her, when we broke up, I lost motivation and stopped. (Stopping working out on top of the break up = not the healthiest, mentally and emotionally.) Most of all though - and this is just who I am - treat her with absolute respect and sexual purity. If she's special enough to you that you even want to work out, then show her she's special enough to be treated differently than most women get treated.
