Yea, I should have just used my photobucket.... but that's why I'm a stubborn idiot sometimes. :p

I like the last one in various 4 best, but they are all very pretty. The sunset is definitely beautiful. Did you guys bring wine or champagne for the sunset? It looks very romantic. I'd be afraid though with no guardrails, heck even with guardrails... I'm a chicken ;).

It looks like a very relaxing place to be. I don't envy the flight though!

I hope to see some snorkling pics tomorrow :). I hope you're takin' it easy. We'll all wait for you. And I much prefer Tyra to Oprah... But if you want to watch Passions for me and post a daily update I wont try to stop you.

And for when you have time... (hehe, hitting you up already), the Saxon side bends are difficult in a bad way. I don't feel it much in my abs, and know using a heavier weight would be appropriate but I can't hold a heavier weight overhead than 20-25 lbs to be able to complete the reps.

So my limitation is that I need more weight, but am unable to hold more. Since you weren't here... I did substitute with my bar across my shoulders and used the bar plus 20lbs, so 60 or 65 depending on how much the bar weights (not sure if it's 40 or 45). This felt good.

Is the substitution appropriate or should I go back to lighter but overhead though it will work my arms much more than my abs?

Thanks. :)

And about the saxons, LOL, I am strong as an ox and I do that exercise holding 5 lb dumbells overhead.

Maybe I'm not doing them right then? I watched the video, read the instructions...

I could get my daughter to tape me, but only in 7 second bits because I only have a digital camera and you could tell me what I'm doing wrong. Okay, Monday, my kid will tape me.

You could certainly send me a vid. It's a very simple movement really. Hold the weight high and straight above your head and make sure you keep it there. The actual movement is a very minimal, slight, slow bend to each side.

holy shiteballs! those pics/views are spectacular. Now i want to go! :O

Thanks Wishes..... I'm telling you, the place literally took my breath away on a daily basis. If you haven't been there, you should.

I replied to your other post a page or two ago.

Congratulations

Congratulations on the marriage. Those pictures look amazing. That volcano is amazing, my Brother in Law just got back from biking to the top of it. It looks beautiful up there. Have a great day..

Steve,
I don't mind having this conversation public at all. I am hoping to start a weight regimen to my routine this week. What would be your recommendation to start out on? What is the best way to find out the correct weight that I should be using? I am new at this and want to start out correct. Thank you for your offer to help.
