Please take your time. I am sorry if I seem so eager. I want to start out correct so any explanation is greatly appreciated.

Oh, seriously, no need for apologies. I'd be eager too! When I want something, I want it now... LOL.

I probably take some time this evening to post up something for you, and everyone else for that matter, on proper form. I've been meaning to do so anyhow.

I'm just really busy since I got back from my trip.... spending way too much time on the web. They say it's addicting, ya know? :p

ETA: I'm assuming you'll start hitting the weights on Monday. This way you can weight traing MWF. That's a good schedule. If you don't like training on Fridays, you can train Tu Th Sat.
 
Speaking of attention, does the "rep bar" go any higher or are we all maxed out?

If so, that's stoopid.

your rep power will increase as will your points but the bar is what it is and the reputation beyond repute is what it is.. doest go any higher
 
I think the BAR gets maxed out. And I suppose the rep gets maxked out at 9999, heh heh

By the way, how are you today, Steve?

I'm great thanks. A bit tired and sore from training after my long layoff, but I'm happy. That's what matters, right?

Also, I may copy and paste some of our discussion into one of the new stickes about "where to start" just to give people an idea of how we walk though the process of setting up a routine, especially since I hope to have some decent descriptions of the various exercises in our convo.

Great, I worked my way up from the low to middle 180's to about 205 over time.

It was my best bulk yet. But I always reach my goals. It's just a matter of how long it takes me, that is the unknown.
