First of all,

Congratulations on your marriage!!! I hope you are having a great time on your honeymoon right now. We'll all miss you while you're gone :).

I'm definitely doing the SHELCs properly, hip extension first, then curling the ball. I do feel it, but I don't have the balance issues I thought I was going to. They're not too hard :).

My bar is probably 45 lbs, but it feels like 100!!! Seriously, manuvering that thing in and out of my hatchback...

My husband ended up helping with the weights. He was a bit upset about my purchase. Mostly, I think he was upset that it's in our bedroom...

And I'm impressed that you can do 3 full pullups.

Used to be able to do 3! Now, two and a half, two and three quarters-ish. Not a full three, but I'll get there :). I can do more than my hubby ;). I only laughed at him for a min or two :).

My friend is 10 lbs heavier than where I started, so now there's closer to a 25 lb difference. I think in regards to strength, we're pretty close. I'm interested to see where our bench presses are at.

Your friend that passed away does look happy in that pic.

The kitties do look a bit fluffy though. I've got two and one of them eats her fur off. I think secretly she thinks the fur makes her look fat... My husband and the vet wanted to put her on the kitty version of prozac but I said no. Currently, she's not chewing skin, just eating fur. If she ever starts to injure herself by chewing, she's going on the prozac.
 
Just doing my part to keep diaries dusted and plants watered and fluffy kitties fed and stuff...

Hope the I Dos went off without a hitch.
The reception was a blast.
You didn't crush and toes, or get any toes crushed on your first offical dance as mrs and mr steve.
The flight to hawaii was a turbulance free restful one
and you are enjoying the beach... :D

Hope the wedding went smoothly - I'm sure it's more stressful beforehand than anything. Tell us some funny stories if you have any - did anyone make you a speech?

I'm never sure how liberated people are -this generation seems to have returned to old fashioned roots :) though it could me mr and mrs krista-steve :) hyphenation is so cute :) Or Mr and Ms Krista :) ya never know... What's in a name anyhow - a rose by any other would smell as sweet and no matter what we called steve he'd still be steve :D
 
it disturbs me to see this diary on page 5 - so even though the rightful owner is off doing fun things - I'll take care of the daily drudgery of dustiing, plant watering and poking it a little :)
