I have reached a plateau...part of it earlier was due to my not eating right for a couple of days. But now, I'm back on track, and my weight still not going down. I haven't been starving myself...I've been eating 1600 or 1700 calories everyday (occasionally a little more).
Should I try a day or two a week with lower calories? Or up the exercise a little more. I know you say diet is more important for weight loss, so what should I do with my calories?

How long has the plateau been here? Remember, weight loss will not be linear. But a plateau shouldn't last more than a few weeks. I mean it can, but I usually opt to throw some curveballs into the mix to jump-start things.

It's lasted about a month. I've been between 152 and 149 mainly, but the last couple weeks it's been between 150 and 151. Give me a for instance on the curveball thing. Please![]()
Good morning Steve...lucky you to have such a short work week....mine is a tad shorter....I'm taking Friday off (with pay no less!) and we're going to the Padres home opener that night.
