What do you do for a living?

I'm in the clinical research field and been doing it for about 5 years now and counting. Worked for some big medical device companies and small ones too. I'm currently a Clinical Project Manager and haven't done any travel for about 2 years now, which is good for me because it was just too much to handle. Going somewhere every month was taxing. For one of the smaller companies I worked with, I was in Europe for a lot of the summer, training doctors on our studies and getting some training from some cardiologists. the coolest thing about this job is being able to go see implants and be in the OR when a device is implanted...very cool.
Wow, I am impressed. Very cool stuff.
Smarty pants, huh.![]()
haha, not really a smarty pants, just a willingness to learn and ask. Plus I love learning about what the body can do and how technology has advanced so much with helping people with diseases live better lives. Gawd, I sound like a commercial...
She does not weight train, go figure.![]()
I don't force her to do anything that she doesn't want to do. She is a swim coach, and active with that, so she is in shape. She mentioned a few weeks ago that she might want to give strength training a try. I told her she knows she has a coach if she wants one.
She is 5'7.
And I agree with Mal, the new avatar is nice eye candy. I am enamoured with the male back--backs are my "thing", sort of.
No, I think that is very cool. Sometimes I wish I would have done something with medicine.
Hee hee!!
Not to brag but my butt is fucking spectacular-looking lately! I'm really happy with the results of the dead-lifts. Well, I can't account all that to the DLs because I know running uphill, losing fat, and massive amounts os squats and such contribute, but I know they help!![]()
It's a deal. Let me know when you want to leave.
I am serious too, I could very well end up there. I could very well end up in some "hole in the wall" bar in South America too, so I guess my seriousness really isn't saying much.![]()
Dear Steve,
Nice avatar. You are a beast.
Your pal,
Casey
*drool* ........ *drool*.......*drool*....
Oh, yeah, good morning Steve![]()
Actually I don't have any background in medicine. I was in pharmacy school for about 2 years and decided that being in the back of a counter was not my thing. A lot of people in this field are nurses, but some, like me, have a scientific background. I actually know someone that has a history background too in this field and one of my gf has a kinesiology degree and is in the same field! Me, myself, left college with a BS in Chemistry, was a chemist for about 6 months, and kinda tripped over and fell into this clinical thing. I could go on and on about this because I find it interesting, but well I'm not![]()

it's not too late to do something with it ya know (and I know you know I'm just saying...I still sometimes wish I did something with medicine.
