Journey, Not A Destination

I've noticed that on days that I spend a couple of hours outside, I feel TONS better mentally, phycically, etc. than I do if I am cooped up all day. That's why I would only ride a bike for transportation if I lived in a place that a lifestyle like that would permit.

I need to move to California. There is snow on the ground here.

Quote of the day

I wish to God that reaching through a computer and punching someone square in the nose was a possibility.

I read recently that 10 minutes of sunshine (without a suncreen) gives your body its ability to produce your quota of Vitamin D. And that folks over 50 need more D...that would be ME! Also, suncreen blocks that, so to make sure you get some sunshine without sunscreen. I did not know that...thought it only blocked the "harmful rays". Go figure.

ok, ok... i'll stop asking you so many questions!

geez!

Kidding.. i hope your day gets better! :D

and thanks for all the compliments!

Punching would be much better than venting. Since the first route is an impossibility, and the second route I hate doing, I will sit here and be content.

Ok, but holding it in is proven to be detrimental to your health. So if you need to vent, you know who to PM :) But I'm sure you have real life friends who you can vent to if you need to :)
