what is hard cheddar cheese?
Who cares about what the number on the scale says? You are the only one who knows what you weigh. Let me ask you this.
Would you rather be 125 lbs and look like shit or 150 lbs and look amazing?
The number on the scale means so little.
Let me know how HIIT works out for you. And start using free weights.
what is hard cheddar cheese?
Just 1 oz from a block of chedder.
Why? Normal if you ask me.![]()
It's just that I usually put cheese on my veggie burger...but I've never seen anyone put it on steak
Steve, I just pmed you. Sorry for the short reply but I'm try to do 4 things at the same time... Sorry!
I don't put it on the steak. I just eat a chunk of cheese silly girl.
a chunk of cheese? hmmm is this a daily ritual?
For now. My diet changes with my goals and tastes.
Yeah I heard it was good to stick to consistent eating (same thing, same time of day, for a while) for some reason--I guess because you won't be inclined to over-eat?
yeah eating the same thing day in and day out can get old alright.
I try and mix it up a bit - add in things and remove things that i usually have. the same for exercise![]()
Ok, I tried my first HIIT on the treadmill hands off tonight... I think I done it right... tell me if I didnt...
I done 10 intervals (30 minutes), 5 minutes of warm up walking at 2.5 MPH, no incline, 2 minutes of walking at 3.5 MPH, and then 1 minute of a run at 6 MPH, by the end of the minute I was out of breath, but towards the end of the 2 minute walk, I was breathing easy and ready to go again. 5 minutes of cool down walking at 2.5 MPH.
If this is right, it was alot of fun. I think I could even manage to bump up the 6 MPH to 8 MPH or set an incline next time.
Let me know if this is right.
