Thanks Mal. Nothing planned but a lot of reading this weekend. Boring to some, but it is what I love. I need to take it easy, since I know next weekend out at the Arnold Classic is going to be crazy.

Who came up with the word beefcake? was it Mal? I am starting to feel nausious every time I see it. I keep picturing a cake made out of beef....sooo gross!

I forget. I have heard beefcake many times before. I usually correlates to someone who is a combination of a gym rat, jock, dummy, etc.

But in my case, it BETTER not mean that. :p
