Isn't it nice to relax on long weekends? I did the same.Now I am back to work trying to get into "work mode"...when all I want to do is go home and take a nap! LOL I got up early all weekend...I can't seem to sleep in!

Are you doing enough to get by or are you doing enough to get better?
I have a couple of regular whey shakes that are low in calories, relatively speaking. But I have those when I'm dieting too, just to make it easier to get adequate protein in.

What kind do you use? I have a whole can of whey protein powder that I use in a bread recipe that I thought I could use in a shake at home too, I think it's "Any Whey". But I'd really like to find something premade as well to keep on hand for in a pinch when I'm stuck at work or going straight from work to class. I'm using Atkins right now since I WAS doing strict low-carb and I have some left from then. I need to stay low-sugar regardless, but their "new improved taste" is pretty horrid. Any recommendations?
