I'm bad at giving rep too! I feel bad at times.... but I show respect to the people who deserve it in other ways.

Thanks for what you did for me.... I'm going to toy around with it this weekend and try and get it on my site.
 
I love this thread. You guys are hilarious. It's like a comedy routine going on in here. It always makes me laugh for one reason or another.
 
shhhh - steve likes it when we're serious in here - so he can get out all the important information that he has to give - to make us like smarter or something.. .

btw i found out some of the food i was eating had a few more calories than i thought, possibly partial reason for plateau.
