Yea, I got banned. Now they're letting me 'test the waters' with a reintroduction back to the general population of the forum to see if my behavior has improved.....

Steve, I'm doing great, a bit sick but it will go away. i had some motivation/inspiration issues lately but i'm not letting them influence me anymore. i also started exercising again. i finally found a gym near by that has body shaping classes...lots of squats, lunges,small weights, abs exercises. its and hour of good workout. its pretty difficult. i couldn't do all repetitions, so now i have goals in front of me :) one step at a time.

i plan on doing it two times a week and hopefully squeeze some cardio exercises into it , a walk or 30 minutes on the bike once or twice a week. and once things start improving i plan on signing up for conditioning aerobics combined with kickbox. i saw it, and it seems like lots of fun, but its still out of my league.

i was planning on going today but the stupid flu came charging.

I had just about enuff of his speeeling and grammatically errors so I just said to myself - fat ass -kick his ass out he's dun..

so i banninationed him...

but then I decided to let him back - conditionally - he's not sucking up enuff yet to prove his worth :D
