Haha! I thought the opposite. Sheryl, I'm sure we're both banned from his forum. :D Geez, do we smell or something? I thought you washed all of Steve's mankinis before you wore them. Oh, and thanks for sending me one. I get all kinds of attention when I meet with clients while wearing it.

Oh I knew about it, trust me. I'm not blind.

But there's days where its prevalence astonishes me.
 
why do something for yourself when there's generally someone willing to spoon feed you what you need.

I learn more by doing it things myself and making my mistakes and correcting them - maybe it's not politically correct to make mistakes anymore...
 
I'm used to the spoon feeding of the masses. I'm not trying to lump everyone into some big pool of ignorance either. I've met some genuinely awesome people on the net that impress me. What pisses me more, which is news to none of you, is people trying to pass of piss poor information and advice to make a buck without ever picking up a book beyond a basic personal training certification or the like.

And this forum tends to get a lot of people like this. More importantly, they've applied their brilliance to 1 person and it's usually themselves. Big fucking whoop.

Ya see, people don't use their brains anymore for logical reasoning and thought. They let their emotions drive action entirely.

I'm laughing at the marketing angle - in another thread someone was talking about starbucks brand new skinny lattes :) HA - behold the power of a good marketing campaign -they have had fat free sugar free lattes since they opened their doors... now they're just playing into resolutioners :D

Personal experience says that's not always true -- the spirit might be willing but other forces say -nuh uh -not gonna happen.... though on in most cases -it really is astounding what people can accomplish when they put their mind to it..
