OH NO!! our circuit classes are just the ladies, and have you heard of Curves? it's machines like that, mainly resistance type machines, I think there are hmmmm 10 different ones, we use each for a time of 30 seconds in which we try to do as many as we can in that time span, the harder and faster you go the more the resistance, it's fun! in between each machine, we use a little stepper like in step aerobic classes, it's hard to explain, but it's not super strenuous or anything like that.
Honestly, I think you'd be better served by doing something more cardio-oriented. Give your muscles a chance to recover from the previous weight training session.
