Journey, Not A Destination

OH NO!! our circuit classes are just the ladies, and have you heard of Curves? it's machines like that, mainly resistance type machines, I think there are hmmmm 10 different ones, we use each for a time of 30 seconds in which we try to do as many as we can in that time span, the harder and faster you go the more the resistance, it's fun! in between each machine, we use a little stepper like in step aerobic classes, it's hard to explain, but it's not super strenuous or anything like that.

Honestly, I think you'd be better served by doing something more cardio-oriented. Give your muscles a chance to recover from the previous weight training session.
 
Okie Dokie!! That's what I'll do then. So ride the bike or run on the elliptical instead? I wish I was more like Val and could run upstairs on the track, but crap being ummmm heavy on the upper side, it just doesn't feel good. :mad: Men are really lucky! that's all I'm saying!

Yea, I'm not sure how many sessions you can fit in each week... but maybe a handful of steady state sessions and 1-2 shorter, interval sessions.

Hahaha, honestly, I'm so sore that a massage would hurt more than anything. My upper body feels great, so hopefully I'll be fine for today's workout. Tomorrow should be interesting considering it's leg day.

Don't I wish. I was this close ---> <---- to staying home today, but I'm just too damn busy. Plus, laying around only makes the stiffness worse. I need to go for a 10 minute job or something.

I actually try to never be sore. I misjudged how detrained I was from taking it easy for so long.
