Journey, Not A Destination

;) It would be nice to eat like that and not pack it on somewhere!! Men are like that alot of times I've noticed. My husband can eat anything he wants, and not workout, not gain a lb. Maybe even lose a couple. His job is very physical though, so that makes up fpr some of it, but I pack it on just by breathing it!! hope you know what a good thing you have going there!!;)

Believe me.

If I ate like that often enough, I'd be fat.

We are all governed by the same physiological factors. And the bottom line is, it comes down to energy balance.

A meal here or there where you splurge really isn't going to have a great impact if you, for the most part, remain consistent in your efforts.

it's ok if it doesn't talk...
So what else is going on? Anything exciting for the weekend?

Hmm, this weekend I am attending a wedding on Saturday. That will pretty much consume that day.

Tonight I'm reading.

Sunday I'm going mountain bike riding I think, and doing some more reading.

Omg...
anyways lol

what are you reading? I just finished Harry Potter!! I'm sad it's the last one, but now I am in search of a new good book!

I read boring stuff. All training and nutrition. Although I do plan on reading a book recommended to me by a friend called "why zebras don't get ulcers."

I might read that on sunday.
