Journey, Not A Destination

Nope. Next weekend is the big bash.

Although, I was away this weekend. I went up to the Poconos and partied with some friends that live up there. It was a lot of fun. :) They said it was bachelor party number one.

Two bachelor parties!!! Cooooooooool! :drooling: :D

Nothing like getting away sometimes too! Hope you're fine and doing well. Enjoy the sun wherever you are (Poconos sounds sunny... but then again I think I need to review my American-Geography...)

the pococos are an interesting place - when I was a kid (back in the days of yore) they were a huge honeymoon destination and the resorts always advertised on television (back when there were only like 5 channels) they'd have the oh so tacky heart shaped beds and champagne glass whirlpool tubs :)

I have this visual in my head of steve and his buddies bachelor partying it up drinking beer in the champage glass bubble bath (yes, I am aware I need to get out more and really get a life)

we now leave Mal's world of fantasy and return to our regularly scheduled program -

have a tuberific tuesday...

Mal: Thank you! Now I have an image (besides a beach for some reason) to associate with the Poconos :) Steve & his handsome buddies in the bubble bath with champagne!)! I like that! A tourist incentive, I think!!! ;) (smiling at your wife Steve! :D I'm just a silly gal!)

Haha, thanks! Poconos were sunny. I had a blast. Now the countdown begins for Friday when the real party starts!

Haha, there are still some resorts up there like that. Many areas of the Poconos are WAY behind the times. It's too funny. But there are some beautiful spots up there such as the Delaware Water Gap.

I am looking forward to the honeymoon more than anything!!

awww the beautiful beaches of hawaii -
your beautiful wife on the beach on hawii
steve's beautiful biceps and bum on that beautiful beach on hawaii...

:D

yeah that's something to look forward too :)

betcha didn't think I was gonna go there :D I don't always go right to the gutter -this is a wedding a blessed event and all that :D

I used to love the area by New Hope - until the tourists figured out that it was a great spot too. I knew a bunch of folks who lived in the Poconos because the car insurance was 1/5 of what it cost in Jersey and the housing and taxes were also incredibly afforable -just the 2 hour commute into New york city each day was a total bitch :D

I actually went to school in the Poconos. I spent a lot of time up there and LOVE the area. I also love the location. I wouldn't mind buying a vacation home up there.

Hi Steve. Wow, the big day is getting closer and closer!

I left a report about my workout in my journal -- some questions cam up, if you have time.

Our whole wedding cost less than $1,000. I bet they're more expensive now, eh? :D

Hey Steve,
Thought i'd drop by and say hi, and see how your goals are comin along. Thanks again for all your help aside from my good work ethic and dedication, i owe a lot to you.

Which brings me to a question. I've been losing significantly, and im gettin saggy skin. Ive been thinking about switching to a mass gaining program for a while to add some muscle, and hopefully give my skin some time to catch up. I have about 2 hours to train in the morning, every morning. and an hour in the evening to train about 2 times a week. I wanted to get your opinion and hopefully a starting point. Of course minimal fat gain is preffered.

i got a really good cardio base for someone my size, and i've been working out since january 1-2 hours a day on average.

Im meticulous at calorie counting (scale and fitday) and for the most part real high dedication to dieting.

I have a gym membership now, so access to all equipment.

Thanks for your time Steve!
