when you've worked in IT as long as I have - i can't help but bribe people with cookies -it gets me whatever i want out of IT people - i figured them finance type guys might be a littke cookie deprived :D (they'd be whole grain, dark chocolate oh so yummy good ness -- all in return just a little beekcake cheesecake :D

Things are going great with training. I am hitting highs on body weight for my entire life. I am hovering around 198 right now. I will continue the bulk until I start getting soft. I am extremely pleased with the weight gain to date. :D

Give me a few months. I'll be losing weight and hating every second of it.

Congratulations Steve, I think it must take as much dedication to gain muscle as it does to lose weight. N'est-ce pas?
 
what am i doing wrong?

hey steve..thanks for the advice...question for you...b/c i am totally stuck and confused..what to do next...see, i wasnt a person who was very overweight to begin with, i always ate healthy/clean foods and always always exercised regularly.....mostly steady state cardio and weights...

i am trying to lose 15 lbs - and look toned...can you help me?

i'm 5'5'', 30 y.o female & weight lift 3x a week, 2x a week do HIIT cardio, 1x a week - long run w/ my dogs - i eat roughly 1400 cals/day and i cant get anything to budge? i also eat 5 meals a day, as balanced as possible and tailor off the carbs as the day goes on...i also love water and drink about 3 ltrs a day...

what am i missing? what am i doing wrong? thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
