Oh, OK. As it turns out, I'm eating to match my RMR, and getting virtually all my deficit from exercise. So in either case, it's 10 calories per pound, i.e. 2,400 calories a day.

Was pumping iron today (does anyone ever use that term anymore?!), this morning, prepping myself for fun in the sun in San Luis Obispo! YAY! This weekend will be great for me--I plan on hiking and drinking lots of wine, too! And getting a tan! I hope you have lots of fun as well.

All free weights today when possible, and the deadlifts are getting way easy--I'm going to have to start adding weight, soon!!

You're 100% right--my late grandma had bad skin cancer--all over. Had to be burned off with liquid nitrogen--no anesthesia! She always preached the dangers of the sun. I'm putting on some right now for my walk to the beach
