Steve what is it that you have hanging between your legs? I really want to know in a non dirty way :)

I wear a lifting belt when I do pullups. Around the lifting belt is a rope. The rope goes around a 50 lbs Dumbbell which hangs from my waist.

After doing 3 half ass pull ups today - I'm impressed.

That's really interesting though. I've never seen anyone do that. Then again, I dont really pay attention to anyone at the gym...just doin my own thing.

Kudos to you for being able to do pullups :) especially with extra weight :D

Carrots are very tasty vegetables is all I'll add on this subject.. Moving on now :D

As long as your abs don't hurt from doing 1.7 billion crunches, I am happy.
 
no i did 25 of this really hard kind. usually I can do crunches forever, but these worked my lower abs, anyways they have been sore for like two days.

As far as my workouts, I can feel that I am more stable when doing certain exercises. Free weights are definately helping my core, and my coordination. I am more flexible from stretching, and squats and stuff are getting easier. As are most of the exercises, except the new ones!
As for losing weight, I have lost 6 lbs in the last month. I kind of went off track as far as eating goes, but got back on, then yesterday I went off again(not too bad, I just get depressed and then I dont feel like eating)
And this morning I haven't had much of anything to eat. I need to get back on track with that because I was doing really great.
Give me a kick in the butt steve!
