I joined the gym today!! It was my first day and so happy i finally decided to join. I am in a ton of pain, but i know it will get better. I had a personal trainer, and he had me doing resistance training for an hour. Something i have never really done before, since i have only been doing cardio. From what my trainer had told me, all the cardio was too much and i started to burn my lean muscle instead of fat. So now he has me doing resistance training 3x a week and cardio 2x a week. I'm up a few pounds too and i am back in the 190's
192 to be exact.
